Yes. SunLouvre Pergolas designs and manufactures every project to fit. Each one is evaluated for dimensions, angles, height, ground type, and existing structures, with input from an in-house engineer when needed. Standard sizes exist for fast turnaround, but the standard is intelligent and adaptable. Anything that does not fit a standard is designed from scratch.
Yes. The S-shaped louvres interlock when closed, so each louvre acts as its own gutter. On the Classic model, water drains off the louvre ends. On the Integrated Louvers model, it drains through gutters built into the beams. You can stay outside through a downpour.
Almost none. Aluminum 6005-T5 does not rust, warp, or need staining. Periodic washing with mild soap and water keeps the louvres and mechanism clean. That is the entire maintenance program. No annual treatment, no winter storage.

Nothing. The pergola stays in place all year. Before the first frost, lock the louvres in the open position for the winter so snow falls through. In spring, unlock and you are back in business. The louvres also let about 80% of light pass through, so they keep your interior bright through the season.
Yes. The Classic louvre roof can mount on a number of existing structures, such as a covered patio or a posted terrace. It can also attach directly to most home wall claddings, anchored into the building's framing with components designed for the application. Every installation is reviewed first.
Throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Markham, Hamilton, Niagara, and Kitchener-Waterloo. If you are in Vaughan or Toronto and want to add a hot tub, sauna, or swim spa, we coordinate both as a single project. Outside that overlap zone we install your pergola and can refer a trusted hot tub partner in your region.
